  I recently purchased a new ring for my wife and was absolutely blown away by the level of service. Helen was extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with - she had great communication and kept me posted every step of the way. After we got the ring it had to be sized and as soon as it was done Andrew delivered it to my wife at work so she could get it as soon as possible. They gave us great service and we will be going back for all our future jewelry purchases.

  I needed two watch bracelets adjusted. DJ and Andrew listened to my concerns, worked on my watches simultaneously and didn't quit until I was satisfied. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous and we're sporting their own watches. Granted, I was the only customer there for most of my experience, but it was a great one. Their flat fee for bracelet adjustment was better than the per link fee of some other local competitors.
