They took the time to answer all my questions upon install and assured me I could contact them anytime. My rep even followed up on his own to make sure everything was working out and that I didn't have any further questions after using it for awhile. Then when I needed their assistance several months later, I was able to call my Instantly Safe rep and he gladly came by and helped me out. It feels good to be working with someone local, not a sales guy who is in the area for a couple weeks and then gone. I am so glad I made the switch!
