  The staff are always friendly and helpful. The small engine shop is a great place to bring your chainsaws! Nate was awesome and took his time helping us try to find a nut for an older homelite. Thanks D&B! ☺

  I got my husband a chainsaw for Christmas. The two men who help with that had a nice, helpful and informative behavior. However, it needed to be exchanged for a different chainsaw. The guy who assisted with that was less than informative, and did not seem to really want to be helpful. You would think with a 500$ purchase he would have wanted to make sure we were pleased. Not impressed with the second employee.
